Training Services
Beginner Basics and Overview — This two-hour remote WebEx session provides an overview of ShockLog system capabilities and software set-up. Classes are offered monthly and are open to any ShockWatch customer.
On-site Training — This one-day session provides customized training for your transportation and logistics team on using the ShockLog hardware and software and interpreting the data. Tailored to your business, this dedicated session will get your team up and running quickly, accelerating your return on investment. Session includes up to six attendees.
Consulting Services
ShockLog Data Review and Analysis Consulting Service — This two-hour remote session gives your team an opportunity to connect with a knowledgeable ShockWatch consultant to address journey-specific set-up, including downloading reports and report analysis.
ShockLog On-site Transit Consulting Service — This one-day session provides a customized on-site consultative session to address your specific business needs. A customized statement of work created by the customer and ShockWatch consultant identifies deliverables prior to the session.
